If we place a person you referred, we will thank you with a referral bonus after they start and stay through the written checkpoint. Amounts are confirmed in writing — we do not publish a fake prize ladder.
We screen
If there is a live req that fits, we contact them. If they were already in process with us, the referral does not apply.
Bonus after they start
If they are placed through Taurus and stay through the period we confirm in writing, we pay the referrer. Details are in the reply — not a public prize table.
Fine print, in plain language
- The referral has to arrive before we are already talking to that person.
- The candidate has to confirm they want to be represented.
- Only the first placement through us counts.
- We decide eligibility. If it is unclear, we will say so in writing.
